Counter Service Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional counter services, including cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and remittances.
• Assist customers with banking inquiries and guide them in using digital banking services.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations, maintaining accuracy and security in all transactions.
• Identify opportunities to promote banking products and services, referring customers to relationship managers when appropriate.
• Handle cash management responsibilities, including daily balancing and reconciliation of transactions.
• Support branch operations by coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless banking services.
• Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving minor issues effectively.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counter service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese; Putonghua proficiency is a plus.
