Counter Services Administration

About the role

This role involves managing daily counter operations, attending to customers, and supporting sales and customer service activities in the motorcycle industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily counter operations and attend to customers
• Update customer information and follow up on payments
• Issue receipts and invoices accurately
• Handle incoming calls and customer feedback
• Support indoor sales, product promotions and customer service
• Prepare and maintain documents, records and filing systems
• Update hire-purchase payment records and follow up on instalments
• Compile and prepare documents for vehicle registration
• Ensure all sales and customer records are complete and accurate

About you

• Responsible, trustworthy and committed to work
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work rotational shifts and six days per week
• Experience in counter service, invoicing or administration is an advantage
