Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Counter Shift Runner to lead our front-of-house operations. In this vital role, you will oversee daily counter activities, ensure smooth delivery service, and maintain exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the counter team during your shift, ensuring timely food preparation and service.
• Oversee collection and delivery orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Lead by example in maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards across the counter area, washing dishes and food prep.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management for seamless service delivery.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant environments.
• Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting, maintaining focus under pressure.
• Hospitality background with experience in serving or bartending is highly desirable.

Pay: £8.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 21.0 per week
