Café Counter Staff – Job Responsibilities

As a Café Counter Staff, your main responsibilities may include:

• Pastry, Cake & Donut Garnishing: Decorating and presenting pastries, cakes, donuts, and other bakery items neatly.
• Puff & Bakery Item Preparation: Arranging and serving puffs and other bakery products.
• Hot Coffee Preparation: Preparing hot coffee and other coffee beverages according to the café's recipes.
• Juice Preparation: Making fresh juices and other cold beverages.
• Billing & Cash Counter: Handling customer orders, billing, and cash/UPI payments.
• Food Presentation: Maintaining proper presentation and hygiene while serving food and beverages.
• Counter Hygiene: Keeping the counter, equipment, and work area clean and organized.
• Customer Service: Taking orders, assisting customers, and providing polite and friendly service.
• Stock Handling: Checking and arranging bakery items, beverages, and other counter supplies.

In simple words: The role involves taking customer orders, preparing coffee and juices, garnishing bakery items like cakes, pastries, donuts and puffs, billing customers, and maintaining cleanliness at the counter.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
