Counter Staff

WE ARE HIRING – COUNTER STAFF

Higgins Car Dismantlers are looking for a full-time, motivated and reliable Counter Staff member to join our busy breakers yard.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with enquiries both in person and over the phone while assisting with parts sales and general counter duties.

Main Responsibilities

• Dealing with customers in person and over the phone

• Identifying and selling vehicle parts

• Creating invoices and credit notes using Sage Accounts

• General office administration duties

• Processing card machine payments

• Keeping the counter area organised and running smoothly

Skills & Experience

• Experience dealing with the general public

• Ability to work as part of a team and use your own initiative

• Computer literate with good communication skills (written & verbal)

Experience with car parts would be an advantage; however, full training will be provided.

Salary will be discussed upon interview.
