• Manage cash register transactions with accuracy, including handling payments and giving change
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including food prep stations and dining spaces
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to uphold hygiene standards and prevent contamination

Experience

• Previous experience in a takeaway or food service it's a MUST
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices is advantageous
• Familiarity with serving customers, handling cash transactions, and upselling menu items enhances performance
• Basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and order calculations
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
• Culinary or kitchen experience adds value but is not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Ability to work well in a team, stay organized, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
