Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Take out Dry cleaning loads and sort day wise
- Hand finish shirts
- Upsell on the counter
- Pack orders and quality control
- Handle cash & card transactions
- Keep the shop tidy
- Help with loading and loading the van for deliveries
