What they need
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of on-site and off-site locations. Will lead the team and ensure the delivery of excellent ice to retain and acquire customers towards sales growth and business profitability.
Responsibilities
- Support development of strategies for sales achievement
- Monitor and analyze financial performances and identify areas for improvement
- Resolve issues regarding escalated customer inquiries to meet business objectives
- Monitor team development and provide coaching and feedback
Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
