COUNTER SUPERVISOR

The Counter Supervisor is responsible for overseeing employees and providing clients with excellent customer service. This position requires active participation in the training, supervising, and mentoring of sales associates as well as assisting the location manager with the day-to-day operations.

• Supervise staff and oversee daily operations during shift

• Ensure positive customer experiences by exceeding expectations

• Achieve individual and team sales goals

• Uphold company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers

• Greet customers, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental, and obtain customer signatures

• Use effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options

• Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues

• Maintain and update rental agreement files

• Complete car exchange requests in computer system

• Communicate with shuttle drivers

• Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required
