Counterbalance Driver

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, move, and stack materials and products.
• Move goods to designated storage areas and assist with shipping and receiving.
• Load and unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any equipment issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse operating guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous forklift operating experience is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or operator training, as required.
• Knowledge of forklift safety procedures and warehouse operations.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required for the position.
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
