DePaul’s Pronto, from the family behind DePaul’s Table Steakhouse, is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Counter Person / Shift Manager to join our growing team! We are a high-volume operation specializing in takeout, delivery, and catering.

We’re looking for someone with a great personality who can deliver outstanding customer service while helping oversee the daily operation of the front counter. Responsibilities - Greet customers with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in person and over the phone. - Operate our POS system, process payments, and manage customer transactions. - Coordinate takeout and delivery orders to ensure accuracy and timely service. - Help manage catering orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen. - Oversee daily shift operations and help keep the team organized. - Assist with staff coordination, order flow, and resolving customer concerns. - Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter. - Help ensure every customer has a great experience.

Qualifications - Previous POS system experience is required. - Previous restaurant, counter-service, or shift leadership experience preferred. - Warm, outgoing, and customer-friendly personality. - Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and team-oriented. - Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Must be available to work weekends. - Must be able to work 8–10-hour shifts.
