Countertop Fabricator

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Countertop Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a factory or manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on precision fabrication of countertops. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, utilizing mechanical knowledge and various hand and power tools to produce high-quality countertops for our clients. Candidates should be comfortable operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and possess a solid understanding of assembly line processes within a manufacturing facility.

Duties

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble countertop materials according to specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks throughout the fabrication process to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards
• Assist with loading and unloading materials on the assembly line
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations
• Follow safety protocols at all times during fabrication and material handling

Qualifications

• BEING ABLE TO POLISH BY HAND
• CUT OUT HOLES BY HAND AND POLISH
• MIXING COLOR MATCHING GLUE
• ATTACHING MITERED APRONS WITH COLOR MATCH GLUE
• DOUBLE STACKING AND PROFILING THE EDGE WITH OGEE ETC.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, factory work, or warehouse environments preferred
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment required
• Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to read technical drawings or specifications is a plus
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes within a factory setting is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
