Countertop Templator / AlphaCAM Programmer - Bridge Saw

Job Overview

Luxor Stone Group is hiring a Countertop Templator / AlphaCAM Programmer to own the front end of our fabrication process in Cincinnati, OH. You will measure countertops on-site, build accurate AlphaCAM cut files, cut slabs on our Park Industries bridge saw, and check quality through fabrication and polishing. Every job we deliver starts with your measurements, so precision matters.

Duties

• Measure and template countertops on job sites (kitchens, baths, vanities, commercial tops) and confirm sink, cooktop, faucet, and appliance specs.

• Convert field templates into accurate AlphaCAM drawings and cut files for fabrication.

• Lay out and nest pieces on slabs to match veining and minimize waste.

• Set up and operate the Park Industries bridge saw to cut granite, quartz, marble, and quartzite to spec.

• Hand off cut pieces for edge profiling and polishing, and verify edges, seams, and finish meet spec.

• Perform quality checks on dimensions, cutouts, seams, chips, and polish before pieces leave the shop.

• Communicate with customers, sales, and installers to resolve discrepancies before cutting.

• Keep the saw and work area clean and maintained.

Requirements

• 2+ years of countertop templating and/or stone fabrication experience.

• Working knowledge of AlphaCAM (or similar stone CAD/CAM software).

• Experience running a bridge saw; Park Industries experience a strong plus.

• Understanding of edge profiles, polishing, and stone countertop quality standards.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to read drawings and customer specs.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment.
