Responsibilities

• Operate continuous flight drills, drilling machines, and other equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting, equipment setup, and material transport in compliance with safety regulations
• Maintain and troubleshoot drilling equipment such as multi-directional and horizontal drills, excavators, concrete pumps, forklifts, and water trucks to ensure optimal performance
• Follow strict safety standards in production environments, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times during work activities
• Perform routine inspections of machinery, identify potential issues, and coordinate repairs or maintenance with technical teams
• Adhere to OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines and safety regulations.
• Assist with construction site tasks related to infrastructure, including welding, heavy equipment operation, and manual labor as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating equipment such as continuous flight drills, excavators, forklifts, and water trucks
• Strong mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment used in heavy highway industries
• Prior experience working in civil and private environments preferred
• Knowledge of safety standards including OSHA regulations, PPE usage, heavy lifting techniques, and safety protocol adherence
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely in outdoor work settings involving heavy machinery and construction activities
• Skilled in horizontal and multi-directional drilling, welding, and operating construction site equipment such as skid steer excavators and pumps
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions while maintaining a proactive approach to safety and operational efficiency

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
