• Oversee commercial and operational (distribution) aspects of the business in the assigned country.
• Drive sales, marketing, and market expansion strategies.
• Manage local teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and market standards.
• Build strong relationships with business partners, distributors, and local authorities.
• Provide strategic insights to headquarters on market opportunities and challenges.

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international business management, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in sales & marketing with proven leadership in driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and cross-cultural management skills.
• Willingness to be placed overseas, but for the time being still in Indonesia
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving mindset in dynamic markets.
