Country Head / CEO

One World Immigration Law Consultants (OWILC) is a leading immigration consultancy and part of World Group of Companies. We operate branches across Pakistan, including Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Sialkot. We help individuals, families, professionals and investors move to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Germany and other destinations through skilled migration, business immigration, study and visit pathways.

Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Country Head / CEO to lead all OWILC operations in Pakistan. You will own revenue, branch performance, case-processing quality, compliance and team leadership. This is a P&L-owning role for a proven immigration sales and operations leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, growth and profitability of OWILC across all branches
• Own national sales targets, lead conversion, revenue forecasting and client acquisition
• Oversee end-to-end processing of skilled migration, business and investor immigration, PR, work permit and study visa cases
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulatory requirements and ethical practice for all destination countries
• Manage and mentor Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Case Processing and Documentation teams
• Strengthen marketing, lead generation, expos, seminars, digital campaigns and referral partnerships
• Improve client experience, visa success rates, turnaround times and retention
• Build relationships with foreign legal partners, licensed agents, embassies and service providers
• Set KPIs, analyse MIS and branch dashboards, and report to the Managing Director
• Drive digital transformation, process standardisation and cost control

Essential Requirements

• Master's degree (MBA, Law, Business Administration, International Relations or a related field)
• 5+ years' experience in sales and processing of skilled and business immigration for USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany and similar destinations
• Proven sales and business development track record, with achieved revenue targets
• Hands-on knowledge of immigration programs: Express Entry, PNP, EB-3, EB2-NIW, Australia Skilled Migration (189/190/491), 858 NZ Skilled Migrant Category, UK Skilled Worker, Germany Opportunity Card / Blue Card, Start-up and Investor visas
• Experience leading multi-branch teams and managing a P&L
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Preferred

• Experience as a Regional Head, Director or CEO in an immigration or consultancy firm
• Knowledge of ICCRC / RCIC, MARA, OISC or similar frameworks
• Experience with CRM systems, lead funnels and digital marketing
• Strong industry network in Pakistan
