What This Role Is About

Our client is a very large Outsourcing & Offshoring Consulting firm expanding its footprint in the USA and looking for a Country Head, based in Dallas, to lead the growth and development of its US business.

The role will take ownership of the day-to-day commercial growth of the US operation, with responsibility for sales, revenue generation, client development, and market expansion. You will build and manage the local team while developing key client relationships and maintaining a strong commercial pipeline.

Working closely with the VP Commercial and Global HQ, you will execute the US strategy, drive business growth, and help establish a strong and scalable local operation.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
• Proven experience managing and growing a business in the US market
• Strong background in Outsourcing, Offshoring Consulting, BPO, or related services
• Proven track record of developing new clients and driving revenue growth
• Experience building and managing local teams in a growing business
• Strong understanding of the US market and ability to develop a healthy commercial pipeline
• Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment and taking ownership of the local operation
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dallas, USA
