Country Head (Shared Services)

This strategic role is part of the Global Shared Services Leadership Team, driving enterprise transformation and building a "Best in Class" SSC. You will head the Manila Shared Services Center (SSC) as a seasoned leader.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR, Finance, and Facilities operations, supporting 500+ employees with scalable, efficient processes and drive growth to 1,000 employees
• Align Manila SSC delivery with global priorities, ensuring measurable enterprise outcomes
• Collaborate with segment leaders to optimize global processes and support financial, customer, and operational goals
• Foster a transparent, inclusive, and highly engaged workforce
• Drive organizational design, automation, and process re-engineering
• Build a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and career growth initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive management experience, including 3+ years leading a Shared Services team in a multinational environment
• Strong US senior stakeholder management experience
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and talent management
• Strong track record in process improvement, compliance, and stakeholder management
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills with cultural competence in managing diverse teams
