Country Lead

Launch and own Treelance France. Turn the French energy ecosystem into our second country instance — with you holding the pen.
In the first year you will
■ Own the France launch end-to-end — GTM, positioning, first deals, hiring.
■ Land the first 5 paying clients (EPCs, energy staffing agencies, operators). ■ Build the French candidate pipeline into the Trees Workforce Graph. ■ Stand up the Treelance France brand presence (LinkedIn, content, events). ■ Recruit your own team — sales, ops — once revenue confirms PMF. ■ Be the founding face of Treelance in France

Non-negotiables ■ 8–15 years inside the French energy industry — oil & gas, offshore, nuclear, renewables, or EPC services. ■ A pre-existing network you can pick up the phone and call: TotalEnergies, Technip Energies, Saipem, Vinci Energies, Eiffage, Bouygues E&S, SPIE, EDF, Engie, SLB, Subsea7, or the major French energy staffing players (Manpower Energy, Randstad Energie, Fed Ingénierie, Expectra Engineering). ■ Operator mindset — you ship, you don't just opine. ■ Fluent French and English. ■ AI-fluent. You should be excited that we run on agents, not ERPs. Strong signals ■ You've sold a six- or seven-figure contract before — or you're hungry to learn how, fast. ■ Previous founder, intrapreneur, or country-launch experience. ■ You've felt the pain of energy workforce mobilisation from the inside (HR, ops, project delivery). ■ You'd rather build a country than manage a region. Anti-signals ■ You need a Paris office, a parking spot, and a quarterly review cycle to feel safe. ■ Your CV looks great but your LinkedIn is empty since 2019. ■ “Senior” in your title is doing the heavy lifting.
