  • Coordinate across departments and international teams to ensure information, decisions, and activities move quickly.
  • Conduct market, customer, competitor, and business research to support management decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of special projects and management assignments from planning through execution.
  • Act as an extension of the Country Manager when coordinating activities across customers, employees, partners, and internal teams.
  • Gradually take responsibility for independent business and management assignments as experience and capability grow.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Willing to invest the extra time and effort required to build an exceptional international career.
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow into a future management and leadership role.
  • Interested in a position combining internal management responsibilities with external customer and business assignments.
  • Excited about working directly with top management and senior decision-makers in an international company.
  • Comfortable taking ownership, responsibility, and initiative beyond what is normally expected.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing several priorities, meetings, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence interacting with customers, executives, employees, and partners.
  • Commercially minded with an interest in sales, marketing, finance, operations, and business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn information into actions.
  • Professional, reliable, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential business and management information.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
