Country Manager

Position Summary:

The Country Manager will lead and expand iMedia Ideas' operations in the Philippines, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and business development efforts. This role requires a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who can identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and lead local teams to achieve business objectives aligned with the company’s global vision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Serve as the principal representative of iMedia in the Philippines.
• Develop and execute country-specific sales and business development strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform strategic decision-making.

2. Sales Management

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities in digital media, advertising, branding, and creative services.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Establish, track, and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.

3. Business Development

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify and explore new markets, sectors, and distribution channels to expand iMedia’s reach.
• Collaborate with global teams to introduce new service offerings tailored for the Philippine market.

4. Team Management & Development

• Build, lead, and oversee a high-performing local team across sales and support functions.
• Set clear team goals and performance expectations, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members.

5. Operational Oversight

• Ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient day-to-day operations in accordance with local laws and company standards.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, and Admin departments for budgeting, payroll, procurement, and resource planning.
• Provide regular operational and financial performance reports to company leadership.

6. Financial & Procurement Assistance

• Assist in invoice processing, employee reimbursements, and tracking of payments.
• Liaise with the accounting team for documentation support, payroll inquiries, and procurement requests.
• Submit timely financial reports as required across various business units.
• Research and support the application process for grants, funding opportunities, and business incentives.

7. Communication & Branding Support

• Help review and prepare communication materials such as press releases, social media content, and public relations statements.
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across platforms and ventures.

9. Special Projects & Strategic Support

• Conduct research and prepare briefs or summaries for confidential projects and initiatives.
• Offer strategic input and take proactive steps to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned to support the evolving needs of the entrepreneur and affiliated businesses.

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
