Country Representative

About the Role

We are looking for a professional to join our organization as Country Representative – Poland . The successful candidate will act as the company's primary local representative in Poland and will be responsible for managing relationships with Polish authorities, banks, business partners and other local stakeholders.

The role combines government and regulatory liaison, corporate and banking representation, local operational support and business development .

This is an internal position and will work closely with our European leadership, Finance, HR, Legal, Recruitment and Business Development teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Government & Regulatory Liaison

• Act as the company's primary local point of contact with relevant Polish authorities, government offices and regulatory bodies.
• Manage day-to-day communication and correspondence with Polish authorities.
• Coordinate documentation, registrations, submissions, certificates, renewals and other regulatory requirements.
• Attend meetings or appointments with authorities on behalf of the company, where required.
• Coordinate with external legal, tax, accounting and compliance advisors.
• Monitor relevant changes in Polish employment, staffing, corporate and regulatory requirements and escalate key developments internally.

2. Banking & Corporate Representation

• Represent the company in dealings with Polish banks and financial institutions.
• Act as the local contact for bank-related documentation, verification and administrative matters.
• Coordinate with the company's Finance and Leadership teams on banking transactions and requirements.
• Support corporate documentation, powers of attorney, signatures and other local representation requirements.

3. Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Polish staffing, recruitment, EOR, payroll and workforce solutions market.
• Develop relationships with prospective clients, local businesses and strategic partners.
• Generate and qualify leads and support the complete business development cycle.
• Arrange client meetings and represent the company in commercial discussions.
• Understand client workforce requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to develop appropriate solutions.
• Develop relationships with local decision-makers and maintain a strong professional network in the Polish market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities in the Polish staffing and workforce solutions sector.

4. Local Operations & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the local point of contact for internal and external stakeholders in Poland.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, Recruitment, Payroll and Operations teams to resolve local matters.
• Support onboarding and administration of employees, contractors and business partners where required.
• Facilitate communication between the Poland operation and the company's European/global leadership.
• Support local meetings, audits, inspections and other operational activities.
• Ensure that issues requiring local presence or representation are addressed promptly.
