- Performance & Business Analytics: Continuously track and analyze local top-line performance metrics (Rides, GMV, Revenue). Identify trends, flag issues early, and propose swift corrective action plans.
- Marketplace & Supply Optimization: Collaborate directly with Marketing and Marketplace Efficiency teams to adapt driver acquisition and retention initiatives to local realities. Propose strategic pricing, surge, and incentive opportunities.
- Public Affairs & Regulatory Risk Management: Support Public Affairs & Government Relations on regulatory topics affecting your markets. Proactively identify legislative risks and accompany leadership in government and industry meetings to provide on-the-ground business context.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong capability to analyze performance data (GMV, conversion rates, supply dynamics) and turn insights into high-impact operational decisions.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: A track record of driving cross-team alignment across Marketing, Policy, and Marketplace Operations.
- Stakeholder & Regulatory Savvy: Comfortable representing the company in external policy meetings, partner negotiations, and executive discussions.
