About the role

Country Sales Head - Distribution will lead distribution networks, scale market growth, and manage B2B channel ecosystems across technology and telecom sectors. The role leads market expansion, scales growth, and strengthens B2B distribution channels across the Indonesian market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and scale distribution networks across Indonesia
• Strengthen relationships with global technology vendors, enterprise clients, and local channel partners
• Mentor and guide regional sales teams, assign performance territories, and track key revenue metrics
• Align sales forecasts, inventory flow, and supply chain demands with regional ASEAN business goals

About you

• 15+ years in B2B tech sales, channel management, or IT distribution leadership across Southeast Asia
• Strong expertise in partner-driven market expansion, P&L management, and sales forecasting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering; an MBA is commonly preferred
