The Courier is responsible for safely transporting patients and/or supplies, materials, medicine, medical specimens, and/or mail to and from Elizabethtown Community Hospital, all health centers, and CVPH. Qualifications / Job Requirements:
Education / Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid New York State Drivers license to operate assigned vehicles.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to communicate well with managers, co-workers, hospital staff, patients and visitors of ECH as well as other facilities.
- Conducts his/herself as a self-directed professional, courteous attitude, works independently with minimal supervision.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality as specifies in hospital policy and procedures.
