Courier Dispatch Coordinator

Job Summary

Servi Entrega Minnesota is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Courier Dispatch Coordinator to support daily courier and delivery operations. This role coordinates delivery schedules, communicates with drivers and customers, maintains accurate service information, and helps ensure that shipments are handled efficiently and delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily courier pickups, deliveries, and service requests.
• Assign delivery tasks and communicate schedules to drivers and courier staff.
• Monitor delivery progress and provide updates when needed.
• Verify addresses, package information, and delivery instructions for accuracy.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding pickup and delivery details.
• Assist with route planning and efficient delivery scheduling.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, delivery logs, and service documentation.
• Respond to routine delivery questions and coordinate appropriate solutions.
• Communicate changes, delays, or service issues to drivers and customers.
• Track packages and assist with resolving routine delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate with courier staff to support smooth daily operations.
• Prioritize urgent or time-sensitive delivery requests when necessary.
• Maintain organized dispatch information and administrative records.
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and service standards.
• Perform other courier dispatch and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in courier, dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or office support is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable communicating with drivers, customers, and team members.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond calmly to changing delivery needs.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Pay: $26.42 - $28.24 per hour
