Courier Driver & Customer Service Representative

Job-Type: Part-Time (6 hours per day, 2-3 times a week , equivalent to 12-18 hours per week).

Schedule: Mon, Wed, & Fri 10:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break from 1:00pm-1:30pm.

Tues & Thursday 10:00am - 4:00pm with a 30-minute break from 1:00pm-1:30pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour with mileage reimbursement for business-related driving.

About the Role

GKY Dental Arts is looking for two dependable, professional, and customer-focused/courier drivers to join our team in Denver, CO.

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with people, and having a varied workday. You will pick up and deliver dental cases to local dental offices while also assisting with basic data entry and office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver dental cases to dental offices
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Communicate with dentists and dental office staff
• Perform basic data entry and computer tasks
• Track pickups and deliveries
• Load and unload packages as needed
• Assist with other basic office tasks

What We Are Looking For

• Prior Work Experience: A background working in a dental office, dental laboratory, or other healthcare/customer-service environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Work Authorization: Authorization to work in the United States.
• Willingness to Accept Feedback: Be able to accept feedback and correction without dispute from fellow co-workers and Management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. You must feel comfortable and professional speaking with other dentists and other staff members.
• Reliable and punctual — dependability is extremely important
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry
• Able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Reliable personal vehicle for daily deliveries
