Courier DRiver

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Driver / Courier to support the company's daily delivery, collection and operational requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that goods, documents, parcels and other items are delivered and collected accurately, safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out daily collection and delivery of parcels, documents, products, materials and other company items across Singapore
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately, safely and within the required timeframe
• Verify delivery orders, invoices, collection documents and other relevant paperwork before and after each delivery
• Obtain acknowledgement, signatures or proof of delivery where required
• Handle and transport company goods with care to prevent loss, damage or contamination
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, clinics, laboratories, vendors and internal staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist with loading, unloading, packing and sorting of goods when required
• Report any delivery issues, delays, damaged goods, accidents or discrepancies promptly to the supervisor
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, mileage and other required information

About you

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2B / 2A / 2 motorcycle licence, where applicable
• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to navigate efficiently using GPS or navigation applications
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time-management and organisational skills
• Able to carry out loading and unloading duties where required
• Able to communicate effectively in English; additional languages or dialects will be an advantage
• Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Prior experience as a courier, delivery rider, dispatch rider or driver will be an advantage
• Must have a good driving/riding record and comply with all traffic rules and regulations
