About the Role

Aramex Southland are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual, ideally with previous experience as a courier driver or knowledge of the area, (but training and development will be provided to those with no previous experience). In this role you will be responsible for picking up, sorting, loading and delivering of parcels around the region. You will ensure that all freight is scanned in line with Aramex policies and procedures.

About you:

• You will need to be a passionate, highly organised, and responsible individual, capable of multi-tasking, managing your time and problem solving when necessary.
• Aramex Southland is striving to deliver to the highest standard so in order to succeed in this role you will be required to operate in line with company policy at all times.
• As this is a customer facing role, you will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a willingness to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Loading, unloading and delivery of parcels
• Checking consignments on correct packaging

To be successful in this role you require:

• A valid NZ driver's license
• Proven experience as a Courier Driver or a similar role
• A positive and professional attitude
• Availability to work 5 days a week
• Full work rights in New Zealand
• A current Police check
