Courier Driver

Overview

Join our delivery team as a Courier Driver, transporting parcels and goods safely and reliably. You’ll represent the service at collection and delivery points, helping customers and colleagues stay informed. Up-to 6-7 deliveries per day.

Your impact: Careful, timely deliveries help customers receive their goods smoothly and allow warehouse teams to keep orders moving.

Duties

• Drive a van to collect and deliver parcels, goods and documents along assigned routes.
• Load and unload items, including occasional heavy lifting, and check deliveries against relevant records.
• Communicate clearly about delivery progress, delays or issues.
• Keep the vehicle and delivery records orderly, and follow road safety procedures.

Qualifications

• A valid driving licence and confident, responsible driving.
• Van driver experience and delivery driver experience are useful; commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills and the ability to handle items safely, including heavy lifting.

Pay: £12.71-£12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 – 70.0 per week
