Delivery Service Representative — $900 to $4,500 per week — Urgently Hiring

We are expanding to a new station in Jacksonville, NC. We're a last-mile parcel delivery operation running routes for a major national carrier. We're looking for reliable, professional Delivery Service Representatives to join the initial launch team — first delivery day is Thursday, September 25.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver 100–180 packages per day on a defined route
• Sort and load your own vehicle each morning at our Jacksonville station
• Complete proof-of-delivery photos at every stop
• Communicate with the station lead throughout your route
• Return undelivered packages at end of day with proper documentation

What You Bring:

• Your own vehicle — sedan, SUV, minivan, cargo van, or small truck (must be reliable and road-ready)
• Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (recent DUI, reckless driving, or multiple moving violations will disqualify)
• Auto insurance with delivery endorsement (you have 10 days from start to get this in place if you don't already)
• A smartphone that runs the delivery app
• Availability 6 days per week, morning start (must be at the station by 5:45 AM)
• Professional customer interaction — you represent the operation at every doorstep

What You Earn:

• $900 – $4,500 per week — actual earnings depend on days worked, route volume, and your performance
• Performance-based pay structure — reliable, professional drivers who show up every day and execute cleanly earn at the top of the range
• Biweekly settlement, paid in arrears (your first check lands approximately 4 weeks after your first working day)
• Consistent daily route assignments — you build income by building reliability

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks, vans, or personal vehicles to deliver packages and materials to various locations.
• Load and unload cargo using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or dollies.
• Follow designated routes while adhering strictly to traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
• Ensure timely deliveries by planning efficient routes and managing delivery schedules effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and route logs using mobile devices or other digital tools.
• Communicate professionally with customers during delivery interactions, providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance checks to ensure safety and compliance.

Skills

• Proven experience in delivery driving, courier services, or warehouse operations involving moving and manual handling.
• Familiarity with commercial truck driving, van driving, or box truck operation; experience with manual transmission is a plus.
• Ability to lift heavy packages safely using proper lifting practices; comfortable with heavy lifting tasks regularly involved in warehouse or delivery work.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including material handling equipment operation such as pallet jacks or load & unload procedures.
• Strong understanding of traffic laws, and safe driving practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally during deliveries.
• Competence in using mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication purposes.

Classification: This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. You are responsible for your own fuel, vehicle maintenance, taxes, and insurance. You will receive an IRS Form 1099-NEC for compensation earned. This is not W-2 employment; there are no employee benefits, unemployment insurance, or workers' compensation through the operation.

Certification Path: New DSRs complete a Day-0 training, then run supervised routes with an experienced driver, then solo routes under review, then earn Certified status. Fast, structured, and designed to get you earning quickly.
