Courier Driver - Mesa, AZ

Courier Driver - Mesa, AZ

Mesa, AZ and Greater Phoenix Valley
Independent Contractor | Local Delivery

We are seeking reliable drivers for local courier assignments throughout the Phoenix Valley. This is a field-based opportunity for someone who prefers being on the road rather than sitting at a desk and wants the flexibility that comes with independent contractor work.

Assignments can range from short local deliveries to trips between communities throughout the Valley. Drivers use their own vehicle and smartphone to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries.

What the Work Looks Like

A typical assignment may involve picking up an item at one location, transporting it safely, and delivering it to another location.

You may handle:

• Packages and small shipments
• Business documents
• Automotive parts
• Supplies and materials
• Local time-sensitive items
• Other approved delivery items

Drivers are expected to follow pickup and delivery instructions, handle items responsibly, and communicate professionally when needed.

Why This Can Be a Good Fit

This opportunity is designed for dependable drivers who want flexibility without needing previous courier experience.

You can:

• Choose your available working times
• Work throughout the Valley
• Use a car, SUV, minivan, pickup, or other suitable vehicle
• Take assignments that fit your availability
• Build experience in local delivery
• Earn from completed assignments
• Potentially receive customer tips and mileage compensation when applicable

Compensation varies according to the assignment, distance, availability, demand, and operating expenses. There is no guaranteed number of assignments or guaranteed income.

No Specialized Background Required

You do not need a commercial driver's license or years of delivery experience for standard assignments.

If you are comfortable driving around the Phoenix metro area, can follow directions, and take responsibility for getting an item from pickup to destination, you may be a good fit.

Basic Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Smartphone with GPS capability
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to manage assignments independently
