Courier Supervisor - Courier Services

• Lead a team of Medical Courier Drivers on scheduled route or on-demand activity for pick-up and delivery of packages including supplies and specimens.
• Manage the outstanding, in person customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manages budget for Courier Services.
• Perform route audits, maintain statistics, manage employee work schedule and timesheets.
• Manage the use of smart phones and applications for track and trace, worktime, and mileage.
• Reviews courier routes/schedules annually to maximize efficiencies.
• Monitors routine maintenance needs of company vehicles.
• Manage workforce supplies, equipment, and compliance.
• Provides continuity in quality of courier services.
• Provides education and training for courier staff.
• Communicates effectively with staff about policies and policy changes.
• Display a high degree of motivation in accomplishment of courier goals, assurance of accuracy of work performed in all areas of responsibility.
• Other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: 80 Hours bi-weekly

Qualifications:

• Previous Materials experience
• Must possess a valid SC Driver's license and a good driving record
