Couriers Please Hiring a Freight Handler - PM Shift

Job details and key responsibilities:

We're owned by Singapore Post, a leader in eCommerce logistics that provides innovative mail and logistics solutions in Singapore and around the world, with operations in 19 markets.

Hours: 11:30AM - 7:30PM, Monday to Friday (later start times towards the end of the week)

Rate: $38.29 p/h

This role will be responsible for:

• Sorting and moving freight including cartons, satchels and parcels into designated bays, cages, and crates.

• Performing repetitive manual handling tasks including lifting heavy and bulky freight items (up to 25kgs at times)

• Reading labels and sorting freight into the correct areas.

• Scanning freight as required.

• Support freight movements from our conveyor system to designated areas.

• Palletising and shrink-wrapping freight.

• General warehouse and housekeeping duties as required.

• Ensure you maintain a safe working environment.

What is required?

• You have the right to work in Australia (Including visas)

• You have provided us with a valid Police Check

• You have completed a Functional Assessment with Sidekicker

• You are capable of lifting and moving parcels up to 25kgs (with two people if needed).
