What they need
Start date: 9 November 2026
At Hader Institute of Education, we don't just hire salespeople—we invest in people with potential and help them become exceptional sales professionals.
If you're ambitious, curious and motivated to succeed, we'll give you the coaching, training and support to build a rewarding career in sales. Whether you're experienced or looking to take the next step, you'll be surrounded by leaders who are committed to helping you grow and achieve your goals.
But what makes this role truly different is the impact you'll have. Every conversation you have will matter.
You'll be helping people take the first step towards a meaningful career in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services or Alcohol & Other Drugs. You'll listen to their aspirations, understand what's important to them and guide them towards an education pathway that has the potential to transform their future.
This isn't about selling courses. It's about building trust, creating opportunities and helping people change their lives.
About the role
As a Course Advisor, you'll work with prospective students who have already expressed an interest in studying with Hader Institute of Education.
Using a genuine, consultative approach, you'll take the time to understand each person's goals, answer their questions and guide them through the enrolment journey with confidence and care.
You'll be supported by ongoing coaching and development while building your own successful sales career in a high-performing, collaborative team.
In this role you will:
- Connect with prospective students via phone, email and online enquiries.
- Understand individual's goals and recommend the course that best fits their aspirations.
- Build genuine relationships founded on trust, empathy and authenticity.
- Manage your own sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets.
- Deliver an exceptional student experience from first enquiry through to enrolment.
- Continuously develop your skills through coaching, feedback and professional development.
What we're looking for:
You will thrive in our culture if you love achieving great results just as much as helping others succeed.
You'll bring:
- Experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre environment (preferred but not essential).
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Resilience, accountability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A growth mindset and openness to coaching and continuous improvement.
- A competitive spirit with a genuine desire to achieve exceptional results.
Experience in education is a bonus—but it certainly isn't required.
What matters most is your attitude, your willingness to learn and your passion for making a difference.
Other offers great for you!
