Woods & Co Recruitment are excited to partner with a fast-growing online education provider in search of a driven Course Advisor to join their expanding team.

You'll be speaking with warm leads, understanding their goals and guiding them towards courses that can help them unlock new career opportunities. With full training provided, achievable KPIs and ongoing support, this is the perfect role for someone who loves sales, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What do you do?

• Act as the main point of contact for prospective students.
• Engage with enquiries and action inbound leads.
• Provide tailored course advice and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.
• Close sales on warm leads and enrol students into online courses.
• Adhere to internal quality standards.
• Manage the CRM systems efficiently.
• Engage in high-volume daily calls whilst bringing energy, focus and a consultative approach to every conversation.

What do you need?

• Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (F2F, inbound or outbound).
• High energy, vibrant personality and the hunger to succeed in a sales environment.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume calls confidently.
• Education sales experience is a bonus!
