Course Advisor (Education)

• Course Advisory and Enrolment

Handle enquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, social media, walk-ins and corporate channels. Understand learners’ training needs, recommend suitable WSQ programmes or workshops, provide accurate information on course schedules, fees, entry requirements and applicable funding, and assist with registration, payment and pre-course onboarding.

• Sales, Conversion and Client Relationship Management

Follow up with prospective learners and corporate clients, convert qualified enquiries into confirmed enrolments or workshop bookings, maintain professional client relationships, and support discussions on programme arrangements, pricing, schedules and commercial terms within approved guidelines.

• Corporate Training and Business Communication

Conduct training needs analysis for corporate clients, identify suitable training solutions based on objectives, group size and budget, prepare proposals and follow-ups, and coordinate customised workshop requirements with Operations, Trainers and internal stakeholders.

• Compliance, Administration and Performance Reporting

Maintain accurate learner, client and enrolment records, follow established SOPs and compliance requirements, provide accurate course and funding information, track enquiries, conversions, enrolments and corporate training performance, and prepare periodic sales and performance reports.
