Responsibilities

• Manage the development, organization, and scheduling of educational courses and programs.
• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of online learning platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with instructors, stakeholders, and technical teams to coordinate course content updates and platform improvements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare course materials, reports, and documentation.
• Support the onboarding of new users and provide ongoing assistance related to platform usage.
• Write clear, engaging, and accurate course descriptions, instructions, and communication materials.
• Monitor course progress and gather feedback to enhance program quality.
• Ensure all educational content complies with organizational standards and policies.

Experience

• Proven experience in educational program management or related roles.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear instructional materials and communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience working with online learning platforms or similar digital tools is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
