Course Consultant

Role Description The Course Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasar Minggu. The role focuses on guiding prospective and current learners in choosing suitable courses, providing clear information on program content, schedules, fees, and learning outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations in person or by phone, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads, registrations, and follow-ups. The Course Consultant collaborates with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes, supports learners throughout their course journey, and helps identify opportunities to improve the overall consulting and enrollment experience. The role may also involve participating in promotional events, delivering presentations on course offerings, and contributing feedback on market needs and learner preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and advisory abilities, with a focus on understanding learner needs and recommending appropriate courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional customer service.
• Organizational and administrative skills, such as maintaining accurate records, managing schedules, and handling multiple inquiries at once.
• Basic sales and promotional capabilities, including follow-up on leads, explaining benefits of programs, and supporting enrollment targets.
• Ability to work on-site in North Jakarta , collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, learner-focused environment.
• Comfort with using office software, messaging tools, and data entry systems to manage consultations and reporting.
• Previous experience in education consulting, customer support, or sales is an advantage.
• Relevant education background in business, communications, education, or related fields is preferred.
