We’re Hiring: Course Coordination Advisor – B2C

Location: Eton Institute, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate language courses, schedules, group formations, and instructor allocations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong student relationships.
• Monitor attendance, manage student feedback, and resolve course-related concerns.
• Support student retention, course progression, and monthly sales and retention targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and course updates in ZOHO.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Academic teams to ensure smooth course delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in the education industry is essential.
