About the Role
IRGB Technology is a creative skill-development institute offering training in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Animation. We need a knowledgeable, persuasive Counsellor who can guide students and parents towards the right career path and convert enquiries into admissions.

⭐ Key Requirement (Highlight)
We are looking for a Counsellor with hands-on knowledge and experience in Graphic Design and Animation courses, who can confidently explain software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with career scope and job roles, to students.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, telephonic and online enquiries and counsel students on suitable courses
• Explain curriculum, software, duration, fees and career opportunities in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Animation
• Recommend the right course based on each student’s background and career goals
• Conduct demo sessions, institute tours and counselling sessions for students and parents
• Follow up consistently with leads and convert enquiries into admissions to meet monthly targets
• Maintain lead and admission records in CRM / Excel and share regular reports

Required Skills

• 1 to 2 years’ experience as a Counsellor in an institute or training organisation (creative / IT / multimedia preferred)
• Good knowledge of Graphic Design, Animation, Video Editing and Digital Marketing courses and tools
• Excellent communication in Hindi and English
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and a target-driven sales mindset
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and lead-tracking tools
• Graduate in any discipline (design or multimedia background is an added advantage)
