Course Developer & Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Schemes of Work, Teacher’s Guides, and training manuals.
2. Managing, developing, and maintaining all the CEFL curricula
3. Development of new educational products as required
4. Conducting teacher training sessions for CEFL teachers
5. Teaching CEFL programmes as required
6. Provide online and/or conference-call training sessions for outstation/overseas employees/participants
7. Develop courses and training programmes that are targeted for specific industries and departments to increase efficiency and effectiveness, and generate increased revenues
8. Work to keep training programmes vibrant and entertaining to engage employees and trainees
9. Ensure that all training materials and programmes are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry
10. Maintaining compliance with all the company’s policies and procedures
11. Assisting with Cambridge English exams twice yearly
12. Assisting in department projects as required

The requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Education, TESL/TESOL, English, linguistics, or related teaching certification preferred; Those with a Master's in Education will be a definite advantage
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English;
3. Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Education system;
4. Familiar with the CEFR framework
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers; and
6. Must be willing to work overtime hours and weekends as needed, and willing to travel.
