Course Development Associate

We are looking for a candidate with passion in online learning and helping other people learn. This role will acquire and develop partnerships with individual experts and organizations to bring top online courses to SkillLane. You will be responsible for crafting and developing courses that will make a difference in quality, revenue, and societal benefits. If the thought of changing Thailand's education by bringing out great learning contents from top experts excites you, this position is for you.

Responsibility

1. Find and reach out to new experts and instructors through various channels to identify potential course creators and bring high-quality online courses to SkillLane.
2. Acquire and develop partnerships with individual experts and organizations to bring top online courses and content to SkillLane.
3. Manage online course production process from start to finish.
4. Work closely with experts to develop high-quality course curriculum and content.
5. Provide guidance and advice to video editors to ensure high-quality video production.
6. Manage workflow, and contribute to your team to build great team culture.
7. Develop and implement strategy to capture education market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• The love for online learning and the will to help other people learn.
• Great service mindset. Be willing to help team members and external partners.
• Focus on quality. Perform with accuracy, thoroughness, and effectiveness.
• Strong communication skill. Able to communicate well with team members and external partners.
• Fast learner and welcomes all learning opportunities.
• Familiarity with video and content production process is a plus.
