About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Course Enrolment Consultant to join our Admissions & Sales team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their career goals, guiding them on the right courses, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students.
• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course structure, benefits, fees, batch details, and admission process.
• Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM.
• Convert qualified enquiries into course enrolments.
• Achieve individual and team admission targets.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to understand and effectively explain educational courses.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Previous experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling, inside sales, or education sales is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
