About the Role

We are looking for a Court Assistant Manager to provide administrative and operational support for court proceedings, case processing and court users.

Salary

$3,800 - $5,000/month

Contract

6 months

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Central Singapore

Job Description

• Provide operational support for court proceedings and trials.
• Support Judges with hearing arrangements, courtroom setup, language services and calendar updates.
• Process high-volume online applications accurately and within required timelines.
• Assist court users with applications and enquiries.
• Handle system requests and enquiries from external stakeholders and members of the public.
• Manage court fixtures and prepare hearing and mention lists.
• Maintain accurate documents, databases and system records.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on case-related matters.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in IT and relevant applications.
• Comfortable working onsite daily.
