We are seeking an experienced Courtesy Bus Driver to become part of our team. The role requires a reliable, self-motivated person that maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach in everything they do.

The successful candidate will be courteous, helpful and friendly – putting the needs of our members and guests first.

What you'll do:

• Comply strictly with all applicable driving rules and regulations
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and assist them where reasonably possible
• Liaise with Reception to confirm the correct transport details of all passengers and then determine the travel route to be taken in accordance with guidelines
• Maintain the courtesy buses in a clean and tidy manner
• Provide courteous, helpful, friendly and efficient service
• Ensure knowledge of Maroochy RSL services, functions and events and answer any enquiries from patrons
• Provide support to the meet and greet team ensuring compliance with Maroochy RSL entry and dress regulations
• Assist with any other reasonable duties with the club as directed

What we're looking for:

• A current Driver Authorisation Licence
• Valid driving licence
• Current RSA certification
• Current First Aid Certificate (desirable)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends and nights
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
• Previous experience in similar role (highly desirable)
