Job Summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a friendly and dependable Courtesy Clerk (Bagger) to assist customers, bag groceries, and help maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate provides excellent service and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous assistance
• Bag groceries carefully and efficiently
• Help customers carry purchases to their vehicles when needed
• Collect and organize shopping carts
• Keep checkout areas and entrances clean and organized
• Assist cashiers and other team members as needed
• Help maintain a safe and pleasant shopping environment
• Follow store safety and customer-service procedures

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-service experience is a plus
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items during the shift
