Pay: £20,837 - £21,859 (FTE £27,717 - £29,076)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Cover Supervisor to join our team at Lutterworth High School. You will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences, supervising students across all subjects and year groups. Your ability to manage behaviour effectively and engage students with pre-set work will ensure our high standards of teaching and learning continue throughout the school.

Please note that a school year is 38 weeks. The hours of the 39th week are disaggregated throughout the year for weekly staff meetings and training days which you will be required to attend.

*The role is advertised as full-time however, part-time working would be considered for the right candidate.
