Cover Supervisors

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment for students.
• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans and adapting materials for diverse learning needs, including special education.
• Foster positive relationships with students, providing support and guidance in their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Either a teacher qualification, to work as a cover teacher, or degree level cover supervisor with 6 months experience of working in a education setting.
• An understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students.
• Enthusiasm for promoting health, and wellbeing among young people.
