RB Health Solutions is expanding our Tampa team and looking for confident, motivated individuals to join us as Coverage Support Advisors.

This entry-level position combines client support, health coverage education, sales, and relationship building. You'll work directly with clients to understand their needs, explain available coverage solutions, and provide guidance throughout the sales and enrollment process.

No previous insurance or sales experience is required. If you're comfortable working with people, motivated to improve, and willing to be coached, we'll provide the training and support to help you develop.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients and learn about their coverage needs
• Identify individual needs and coverage priorities
• Educate clients on available health coverage products and services
• Present coverage solutions clearly and professionally
• Assist clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Answer questions and provide personalized support
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Build strong professional client relationships
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
